this app worked great until this month (March 2024). I have always turned my debit cards off and on for security. I went to turn my debit card on as I had gone grocery shopping, and went to the app, went to account services, then to debt card controls, and my app shut down. i tried it again and same thing. says the app has a BUG/VIRUS and needs needs to be corrected. So this is a major problem for me. cause i cant turn my card off and on now, how am i supposed to do anything?

We apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this issue, please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling the latest version from the app store. This should fix the bug/virus problem you are experiencing with the debit card controls.

Update: The app has worked flawlessly since my last review. Very convenient app for most banking needs. The app itself is perfect, and extremely convenient. The problem is more than half my deposits get flagged as an abnormal activity outside of my usual banking or something like that. I end up having to go down to the bank to straighten it out. What a pain!!! This never happens if I just go to my bank and deposit in person. SSB please look into this.

Nearly never accurate sadly Edit: 3 months later. App asked for another rating. It's literally still never accurate. Balances shift constantly, and what's even more bizarre (even tracking spending on paper), when you go by the banks,they too are only seeing the same numbers and transactions. I don't get it. None the less, I must also be thankful for the app at its least.
