Similar to how you access Business Link today, you will access Treasury Navigator from the home page of SouthStateBank.com by selecting Treasury Navigator from the dropdown of the View Your Accounts box.
You will receive a secure email from Treasury Management Support via [email protected] with your login credentials, which will include your Company ID, User ID (which is the same as your current Business Link Access ID), and temporary Password. Please reference the ZixCorp Secure Email Instructions for a step by step guide for accessing your credentials.
After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set a PIN, select and answer a security question and select a verification image and phrase.
You will enter your PIN, confirm your verification image and enter a one-time passcode each time you log in to Treasury Navigator from an Internet browser.
For security purposes, each time you log in, you will receive a one-time passcode, which you will be required to input in order to access your company’s accounts. This code will be sent to the email address you currently have associated with your Business Link account.
The one-time passcode can be sent via email or text. After the transition, if you would like to change your receipt preference or update the email address, please call Treasury Management Client Support.
