Business Link Transition

When will I transition to Treasury Navigator?

We will transition all Business Link users to Treasury Navigator over the next few months. You will receive additional communication and documentation prior to the transition.

Why am I transitioning to Treasury Navigator?

Treasury Navigator is our new business online banking system.

With continuous functionality across desktop, mobile and tablet applications, you’ll have convenient, secure online and mobile access to your accounts anytime, anywhere. In addition, Treasury Navigator offers enhanced services like customizable reporting and company level administrative rights to help make managing your accounts and users easier.

What will change for me when I transition to Treasury Navigator?

You will receive additional communication and documentation to assist you with the transition to Treasury Navigator. This documentation will include additional details regarding changes you may experience as a result of this transition. In addition, please continue to reference this landing page for details regarding the transition.

How will I access my accounts after I transition to Treasury Navigator?

Similar to how you access Business Link today, you will access Treasury Navigator from the home page of SouthStateBank.com by selecting Treasury Navigator from the dropdown of the View Your Accounts box.

Will I be able to access my accounts through a Treasury Navigator mobile or tablet app?

Yes. You will be able to access your company’s accounts anytime, anywhere using the Treasury Navigator Mobile App. The App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Where can I find additional information regarding the transition?

You will receive additional communication and documentation to assist you with the transition to Treasury Navigator. You can also reference our webpage dedicated to the transition, SouthStateBank.com/BusinessLinkTransition.

When will I lose access to Business Link?

To allow for an easier transition, you will have access to both Treasury Navigator and Business Link for a short period of time after receiving your credentials to access Treasury Navigator. When you receive your credentials, we will notify you of the date your Business Link access will be deactivated.

Is Treasury Navigator secure?

Yes. Each time you access Treasury Navigator, you will be required to input your selected PIN, verify your authentication image, and input a one-time passcode. You can learn more about the security of Treasury Navigator at SouthStateBank.com/BusinessLinkTransition, under the “Key Changes” tab.

Will my username and password remain the same?

You will receive your credentials for Treasury Navigator, including your Client ID, User ID, which is the same as your current Business Link Access ID, and a temporary Password which you can change the first time you log in.

Who should I contact if I have questions after the transition?

What is an Analysis Charge?

Your monthly business online banking service charge will reflect as an Analysis Charge on your monthly statement.

This charge will be applied to your account on the fifth business day of the following month. As a result, your monthly statements will feature the Analysis Charge for the previous month. The month and year will appear with the Analysis Charge, so you can easily identify the time period of the charges – for example: January 2019 Analysis Charge.

Will I incur new fees when I transition to Treasury Navigator?

There will be no changes to your current service charges at this time.

Will my statement history transfer to Treasury Navigator? (non-eStatement customers)

If you currently receive paper statements, you will not be able to view your statements within Treasury Navigator. You must be enrolled in eStatements. However, you will be able to utilize the Balance Summary feature to view account balances and details.

Will my transaction history transfer to Treasury Navigator?

Yes. You will be able to view at least 60 days of transaction history after the transition. We encourage you to print and/or save any additional history you think you may need before your Business Link access is disabled.

Will my check and deposit history transfer to Treasury Navigator?

Yes. You will be able to view 180 days of check deposit image history in Treasury Navigator. We encourage you to print and/or save any additional history or images you think you may need before your Business Link access is disabled.

Will I be able to view loan history after the transition?

Yes. You will be able to view at least 60 days of loan transaction history within Treasury Navigator. We encourage you to print and/or save any additional history you think you may need before your Business Link access is disabled.

Will my bill payment history transfer to Treasury Navigator?

Yes. Your bill payment history will transfer to Treasury Navigator.

Will my bill payment information convert?

Yes. Your bill payment information and payees will convert to Treasury Navigator. After the transition is complete, we encourage you to verify your payee information and payment dates to ensure all transferred correctly.

Will my Quickbooks history transfer?

You will need to download your transactions from QuickBooks before your Business Link access is disabled. We recommend you download your transactions prior to logging in to Treasury Navigator for the first time. You will be able to download six months of QuickBooks history out of Treasury Navigator.

Will my recurring and future-dated BillPay payments transfer to Treasury Navigator?

Yes. Recurring and future-dated BillPay payments will transfer to Treasury Navigator. After the transition is complete, we encourage you to verify your payee information and payment dates to ensure all transferred correctly.

Will I need to re-enroll in eBills?

No. You will not need to re-enroll in eBills?
