Technology has offered, and continues to offer, consumers different options to help them manage their money easier and more efficiently. South State offers different tools that give you the ability to stay on top of your finances in real time, manage your funds in one place and understand how you are spending your money.

To help you get started, we’ve outlined our top five online tools that can help you better manage your money.

1. eStatements
Tired of mail clutter? Want a better way to manage your monthly financial statements? If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you have the opportunity to sign up for eStatements. Electronic statements (eStatements) are a fast and convenient way to receive your monthly bank statements. They’re just like the paper statements you receive in the mail, but can be accessed securely through Online Banking. Learn how to enroll here.

2. Mobile App
Mobile Banking can help make your active life a little easier. Our mobile and tablet apps make your favorite features in Online Banking available from your mobile device to help you manage your money anytime, anywhere. You’ll have access to pay bills, send money through Popmoney, find a local South State branch, and view recent transaction history. Alerts help you stay on top of activity within your accounts. For example, you can sign up to have a low balance alert sent to you when your checking account goes below a certain balance.
