About Carrie T. Hodge, CFP®, MBA
Carrie is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 17 years of experience in Investment Management. Her career began in fixed income institutional sales in Atlanta, Georgia, where she performed various functions including interest rate risk management, Federal Funds trading, fixed income security sales, and bank funding analysis. Carrie advises individuals with respect to retirement planning, college savings, and insurance needs assessment. She also specializes in fixed income investments for institutional clients, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. Carrie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and earned an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. She has her Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations held through LPL Financial and is a Georgia and South Carolina Life, Accident & Sickness, and Variable products licensee. She also is licensed to assist clients with their Long Term Care needs.
Carrie has served on the boards of SafeHomes, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Leadership Augusta. She is currently on the Board of the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time Carrie enjoys working out, golfing, cheering on the University of Georgia Bulldogs, and is an active member of both Women in Philanthropy and Wesley United Methodist Church. She and her husband have two children, and a chocolate lab.
