Dallas Covington Named Vice President

(COLUMBIA, SC – March 8, 2018)  South State Bank today announced that Dallas Covington has been named vice president, Enterprise Program Manager.

In this role, Covington is responsible for managing the portfolio of projects that comprise the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Program. This includes oversight of the project managers and business analysts responsible for implementing strategic projects within the Program.

Covington has more than 20 years of program and project management experience across a variety of industries, and he has been a certified project management professional for more than a decade.

Covington is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree from Old Dominion University.
