Streamline cash flow by consolidating deposits from multiple locations, or simply save time when preparing deposits.  With Remote Deposit Capture1, it’s like having a 24-hour bank teller right in your office.

Using a desktop scanner and your PC, you can scan checks received from your customers and send deposits electronically to the bank.  The image of each check is captured and electronically transmitted for processing. The system automatically generates a deposit ticket for you, so there is no need to create one.

You have the option to scan checks several times a day or wait until the end of the day. Ledger credit will be received for deposits received by 8 pm (E.S.T.) on a business day. Deposits received after 8 pm, or on a non-business day, will receive ledger credit on the next business day.

Simply store the original securely for a period of time before shredding them, virtually eliminating trips to and from the bank. Images of your checks are available for viewing and printing for 30 days after your deposit is made.
