You can continue doing business at your neighborhood financial center, with the same great Independent Financial bankers you do today. Any changes to how you bank with us or access our banking tools will be communicated in advance. We anticipate this transition to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.

Will Independent Financial's name change?
Independent Financial will become SouthState once the conversion of our banks is complete in 2025.
