    For the protection of our clients, we monitor South State Bank debit card activity regularly and watch for unusual transactions. From time to time, we may block transactions from a specific state or country due to fraudulent activities. Transactions made outside of the state where you reside or in foreign countries can cause problems if we do not know you are traveling.

    Please complete the secure form below to let us know your travel plans so we can help prevent any inconveniences with your card(s) while you are away. You may also stop one of our branches or call (800) 277-2175, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. or Saturday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. with this information.

    This secure form must be received at least 48 hours before your departure date to allow time for validation. Forms submitted over the weekend will not be viewed until Monday. If you need your account updated immediately, please call us at (800)-277-2175 or visit your local branch.
