Myrtle Beach Hot Summer Nights– Myrtle Beach, SC, June 11-September 3

Every night until September 3, Plyler Park and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk becomes the hottest place in town with live music, family-friendly activities and more.

2018 Candlelight Music Concert Series– Augusta, GA, June 24-September 3

Happening every Sunday until September 3 at The Augusta Common, this event features favorite local and regional music groups.

Beaufort Water Festival– Beaufort, SC, July 13-22

After more than 50 years, the Beaufort Water Festival has become the premier festival in Beaufort. Events include bocce and badminton tournaments, shrimp boat tours, an arts and crafts market, live entertainment and much more.

2018 South Carolina Festival of Discovery– Greenwood, SC, July 12-14

Sponsored by the Uptown Greenwood Development Corporation, the South Carolina Festival of Discovery celebrates the area’s history, culture, food, arts and crafts, music and people.

Charlotte French Festival– Charlotte, NC, July 15

Get ready to enjoy great food, wine, crepes, delicious pastries, music, dancing and the pétanque (similar to bocce or boule) invitation and tournament.

2018 Georgia Mountain Fair– Hiawassee, GA, July 20-28

Who doesn’t love a day at the fair? Enjoy your favorite fair foods, live music, rides and more!

Pirates Plunder Party– Ridgeland, SC, July 21

The Charles Towne Few is the largest active pirate crew in South Carolina. Head to the Morris Center in Ridgeland to interact with pirates, learn some pirate history and hunt for treasure.

Food Truck Roundup– Wilmington, NC, July 21

Show up hungry and eat your way through a dozen food trucks at Poplar Grove Plantation in Wilmington, NC. You’ll also enjoy live music, a kids’ area and more.

Little Mountain Reunion– Little Mountain, SC, August 3-4

As one of the oldest folk festivals in South Carolina, the Little Mountain Reunion started as a Newberry College reunion and grew to welcome everyone. This year’s theme is homegrown heroes.

Richmond Jazz Festival at Maymont– Richmond, VA, August 9-12

Celebrate all things jazz with a visit to this popular festival in Richmond.

Gourmet Seafood & Spirits Festival– Savannah, GA, August 9-12

Palmetto Tasty Tomato Festival– Columbia, SC, August 11
