Text Banking offers an on-the-go resource to get quick responses to inquiries about your account(s). Using a mobile phone with text capabilities, you can:
- View Account Balances
- View Recent Transaction History
- Locate a branch or ATM
Once enrolled, you can text the following short codes to 96924 to receive information about your accounts;
- Request Balance – BAL
- Request Transaction History – HIST + Texting Nickname
- Find the Location of Nearest ATM – ATM + Street or Zip
- Find the location of the nearest branch – Branch + Street or Zip
How to Enroll in Text Banking
- Log into Online Banking from SouthStateBank.com.
- Click Profile in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the Mobile Banking section and click Enroll.
- Follow Prompts to enroll Mobile Banking Services.
