What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen during normal business hours, call us at (800) 277-2175 to deactivate it.

If your card is lost or stolen after normal business hours, please call one of the following numbers:

  • ATM or Debit Cards, call (800) 523-4175
  • Personal Credit Cards, call (800) 558-3424
  • Business Credit Cards(866) 552-8855

You will no longer be able to use your card within Apple Pay®, so you should also remove the card from Apple Pay®. When you receive your new card, you will need to add it to Apple Pay®.*
