Manage your money more closely

 

Alerts help you manage your money more closely and avoid overdrawing your account. Based on your preference, you’ll be notified via text, email or within Online Banking1 about activities and reminders for your checking and savings accounts.

What Alerts are Available?

  • Daily Checking Account Balance – Notifies customer of daily Checking account balance from the previous processing night
  • Preauthorized Debit/ACH – Notifies when an automatic draft has posted to account
  • Check Processed – Notifies when a specific check has cleared from account
  • Debit Card and Digital Payment Alert – Notifies when all debit card transactions, ATM transactions and digital payments have posted for the day
  • Direct Deposit – Notifies when a direct deposit has been posted to account
  • High Balance Checking – Customers can set desired limit and will be notified when the Checking account balance has exceeded that threshold
  • Low Balance Checking – Customers can set desired limit and will be notified when the Checking account balance goes below that threshold
  • Low Balance Savings – Customers can set desired limit and will be notified when the Savings account balance goes below that threshold

How to Enroll in Alerts

  1. Log in to Online Banking. If you are not a current Online Banking customer, enroll now.
  2. From the Home Screen, click Alerts in the top right corner.
  3. Select Alert – Checking or Alert – Savings.
  4. Click Setup New Alert.
  5. Choose an alert from the drop-down box and click Next.
  6. Review the new alert, then click Finish to complete.
