Janice N. Robinson, CWS®
Janice is a wealth relationship manager for the wealth division of South State Bank and holds the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®) designation.
She is the main point of contact in the Hilton Head, Bluffton and Beaufort, SC markets and provides a holistic review of all areas of her clients' financial lives. She assembles and works with a team of advisors to provide comprehensive solutions specific to clients' needs.
Janice began her banking career with an international bank in 1997 and worked as a bank manager of a cluster of branches and then as a private banker. She joined South State Bank in 2009.
Janice is a Board member and President and past VP of Programming for the Hilton Head Estate Planning Council. She served as a leader for the Chamber's annual membership campaign. She is also an affiliate member of the Hilton Head Area Realtor Association and the Government Affairs Committee of the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce.
Janice has served as an advisory board member of the Bluffton Boys and Girls Club and The American Red Cross Clara Barton Society. She was elected to the Greenville County School Board where she was chosen as School Board Member of the Year for Greenville County as well as School Board Member of the Year for South Carolina.Janice and her husband have lived in Bluffton, SC since 2001. She is from Greenville, SC and has two children and three grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy travel, golf and boating. She has also written a historical manuscript about the burning of Columbia, SC in the 1800s and plans to publish in the near future.
