Lisa Sparks
Lisa Sparks has served in the financial services industry for over 30 years. In her current role as Premier Private Banker, she provides personalized high-touch service to help high-net-worth clients create, grow, and preserve wealth.
Over the course of her career, she has served in other notable leadership roles including retail market leader, sales performance partner, and regional retail sales manager. Those positions garnered her recognition as a top sales leader. She also gained attention for her extensive experience in managing teams, employees, and bank branches.
Lisa comes from a family of service. Her grandfather served in three wars. Her father in Vietnam. Her late husband in Desert Storm, and their son in the Army National Guard. So, it’s no coincidence that her top priority is always helping clients meet their financial goals. While her professional experience is vast, she also brings her share of life experience to the table. Having suffered the loss of her husband, Lisa genuinely understands how important it is to have a clear grasp on both short and long-term financial stability. That’s why she works so diligently to provide clients with intentional financial guidance.
As for her civic commitments, Lisa considers it a privilege to lend her expertise and experience to community interests. Likewise, she has served as the mentor-chair for the Leadership Management Academy; board president for CASA (Care Assurance System for the Aging and Homebound) of Madison County; president for Executive Women International, and in other leadership capacities for local organizations. Over the next few years, she looks forward to expanding her community involvement.
When she’s not working, this self-described daredevil is always looking forward to her next adventure. She has already knocked skydiving off her bucket list. Next up is a trip to Ireland. In addition to traveling, the creative spirit loves hiking, being outdoors, and traveling. She also loves spending time with her three children: Courtney; Nicole; Connor; and grandson, LJ.
