Amy Speak

Amy Speak is a seasoned mortgage professional with more than two decades of experience helping clients achieve their homeownership and real estate goals. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, Amy earned her degree in Public Relations and Business laying the foundations that has served her well in building lasting relationships with clients, realtors, builders, and partners throughout her career. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2000, Amy has established herself as a top-producing loan officer with a reputation for excellence, integrity, and client-first service. She specializes in construction loans, physician loans, and jumbo financing, while maintaining deep expertise across all loan types to best serve every borrower she works with from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Amy is proud to serve the SouthState footprint, which extends to Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Amy is deeply committed to the community she calls home. She is a proud member of the Realtors Association of Indian River County and serves on the Board of Sebastain Charter Junior High. As the President of the Sebastain River High School PTSA, she works to support students and families in her community. Amy also volunteers her time teaching personal finance at local middle and high schools, helping young people build the financial literacy skills they need to thrive. Additionally, she serves as a Gala Coordinator, raising funds for Imani Milele Choir.
