Athena began her banking career at SouthState Bank as a part-time teller, and now, in her current role, she helps small businesses in the area achieve their financial goals. Born and raised in Florence, SC, Athena is the child of immigrant parents who instilled in her the values of faith, community, and family. In her free time, Athena enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, and doting on her beloved kitties.
