Chum Balk

Since joining the team in 1994, Chum Balk has worked in every position in the Mortgage Department. He is very supportive of the Augusta community through his various volunteer activities. He is an active member of the Residential Loan Production and the Mortgage Action Alliance Committees of the National Mortgage Bankers Association and continues to serve the Georgia Mortgage Bankers Association as a Past President. He's is also active with the American Bankers Association on the Mortgage Markets Committee. When not working, Chum enjoys sailing, golf and cooking.
