Amy Chappell

Amy Chappell is the Vice President and Mortgage Banker at Southstate Bank, bringing extensive experience and expertise to the table. Amy studied Business Administration at Saint Leo University and Pasco Hernando State College, which laid the foundation for her successful career. Amy began her career in 1986 working in the loan department of a bank. This gave her the opportunity to learn the inner workings of a loan from start to finish.

Over the years, Amy has held various leadership positions in her community, including Affiliate Member of the Board of Realtors, Board of Director at the Greater Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce, Board of Director at Main Street Zephyrhills Organization, Board of Trustees for the Advent Health Zephyrhills/Dade City Foundation, Member of the Rotary Club of Zephyrhills-Daybreak and former President and Board of Director, Former Member of Family Selection Committee and Board of Director for East and Central Pasco Habitat for Humanity.

In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, scrapbooking, watching Alabama Crimson Tide Football, and attending open houses. She is also the recipient of several awards, including the 1993 Affiliate of the Year EPAR and the 2013-2014 Rotarian of the Year – Rotary Club of Zephyrhills-Daybreak.

With her vast experience, dedication to service, and commitment to her community, Amy is a valuable asset to Southstate Bank and the mortgage industry as a whole. Her exceptional leadership, knowledge, and passion for her work have earned her a reputation as one of the top mortgage bankers in Florida.
