Christin Viola has over 20 years experience in the real estate business. She prides herself with the care she gives each person who is looking to buy or refinance a home. Christin enjoys her role in mortgage because it has given her the opportunity to help people make fiscally wise decisions during an extremely important and emotionally-heightened time in their lives. Her goal is to make every customer feel like family, as if they are her only customer. The Christin Viola team is here to make the home-buying process smooth and enjoyable for all parties involved. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Christin worked as a tax consultant with Arthur Andersen, then spent ten years in the broker world before joining banking. She has leant in the residential mortgage arena with both community banks and independent mortgage companies before joining SouthState. Christin loves to play ALTA tennis and attends the Cathedral of Christ the King. She lives in the Morningside area with her husband and their two children.
