Damean Searle graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Chico in 1999. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he values being a trusted financial resource and creating meaningful long-term relationships. Damean has a firm grasp of all residential lending programs, including first-time homebuyers, vacation home financing, investment property financing, jumbo mortgage financing, and construction-perm financing. He can even assist with portfolio and non-QM loan programs for scenarios that do not fit conventional, FHA, USDA, or VA loan programs. Damean is client-focused, striving to deliver an unparalleled customer service experience. He takes tremendous pride in helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Damean has been happily married to his wife Tina for 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with the family dogs and playing guitar. He supports many worthy charitable organizations including Farm Sanctuary, ASPCA, Oxfam, and Doctors without Borders. He is also the former Education Chair of the Florida Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association.
