Nancy has over 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry. In her years of experience, she has learned the details of the many mortgage products offered by SouthState. Prior to her role as a Mortgage Banker, Nancy was a North Carolina Real Estate Broker for 18 years. She currently serves on the Brunswick County Home Builders Association. Nancy attended Gardner-Webb University and University of Alabama and undergraduate degree at Queens University. Nancy is a native of Gastonia, NC and currently resides in Wilmington, NC.
