Chip Beveridge

Chip has been recognized as a true industry leader, with about 40 years of mortgage lending experience. He has served for 12 years as a Regional Manager and has served for 25 years as a producing Branch Manager. He has a longstanding commitment to excellence in growing and managing extremely successful mortgage sales professionals in the Mid Atlantic markets.

Chip has long been involved in public service to the mortgage industry by serving a combined 18 years on the Board of Governors of the MBA of Metropolitan Washington and the Board of Directors of the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association. For decades, Chip has been a very active member on both the legislative and education committees of these organizations. Chip is the 2019 Past President of the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association.

Chip has received numerous awards and distinctions over the years. Many people in the mortgage industry claim Chip as their personal mentor during their own early careers. Everyone in the industry claims him as a good friend.
