- Health Savings accounts (HSAs) are subject to eligibility requirements and restrictions on deposits and withdrawals as set forth in Internal Revenue Code Section 223. Consult your tax advisor before establishing a HSA.
- If you close your SouthState at Work Checking account or convert to a different product, your Health Savings Account will be subject to a $3 monthly maintenance fee.
