For over 60 years, Wilkinson Supply has been a trusted name across the Triangle for everyday plumbing essentials, kitchen and bath design, and unparalleled service. What started as a small plumbing supply house has grown into a regional mainstay, with five locations in Raleigh, Durham, Wilson, Fayetteville and Carrboro.

Founded by Bill and Martha Wilkinson, the family-run business has evolved across three generations. In the 80s, Bill’s son Andy was one of the first importers of European luxury fixtures, transforming showrooms and customer expectations. Today, siblings Audrey, Drew, and Courtney lead the company with a shared vision and complementary roles after purchasing the business in 2017.

“Our knowledgeable team can help you find the right solution — whether you’re creating a dream kitchen or replacing your water heater,” says President Audrey Loder. 

Wilkinson Supply is the first stop for many homeowners redoing their kitchen or bath. Loder says it’s impactful to play a role in designing such intimate spaces. 

“Our staff is so well equipped to hear about their lives and tailor to what they need,” she says. “We help them create a sanctuary.”

Built on Relationships

What truly sets Wilkinson Supply apart is its culture. Many employees have been part of the Wilkinson journey for decades, growing with the family and the business.

“We’re always here for each other,” Loder says of her siblings and staff. “That bond is what fuels our success.”
Their commitment extends to the wider plumbing community, hiring both retired tradespeople and young professionals seeking stable, rewarding careers.

“We advocate that plumbing is a lucrative career. Everyone needs plumbing in their home and business,” Loder adds.
