System Maintenance

SouthState Online and Mobile Banking will undergo system maintenance beginning Saturday evening, January 21 – Sunday afternoon, January 22.

Please be aware of the following features and services that may be affected during this time:
 

Balances and Transactions

• Balances and transactions displayed will be as of Friday, January 20.
• Transactions from Saturday and Sunday will display in your account once the maintenance is complete Sunday afternoon.
• Balances will also be updated once the maintenance is complete on Sunday.

 

Quick Transfers

• Quick Transfers performed during the maintenance period will not reflect in your account balance until the maintenance is complete.

 

eStatements

• Enrolling in and viewing eStatements may be temporarily unavailable.

 

Account Summary

• Information displayed on the Account Summary page may be temporarily unavailable.

 

Stop Payments

• Stop payment services may be temporarily unavailable.

 

Account Opening

• The ability to open a new account or access existing applications within Online or Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable.

 

Zelle®2

• Zelle® will be temporarily unavailable.
• Transfers scheduled to occur during the maintenance period will be processed once the maintenance is complete.
