Business Link Plus and the Business Link Mobile App3 will be temporarily unavailable beginning Friday, February 9, at 3:55pm through the weekend. BillPay1 will also be unavailable; however, if you scheduled a bill to be paid during this time, it will still be paid as scheduled.
Check/Deposit Images & Statements
Check/deposit images and statements for the week of February 5 will be available within Business Link Plus by Monday morning, February 12, once the system maintenance is complete.
Debit Card Transactions
Transactions performed Friday evening through the weekend will display in your account by Monday morning, February 12. Please keep this in mind when reviewing your account balance.
ACH4 & Wire Transfers6
Any ACH and Wire transfers that require secondary approval will need to be completed by 3:55pm on Friday, February 9. If the secondary approval is not received by 3:55pm, you will need to re-enter your transfer on Monday, February 12.
ACH4 File Times
Beginning February 12, when referring back to an ACH file you previously submitted, the submission time reflected will be in Central Standard Time rather than Eastern Standard Time.
Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)4
Please be sure to submit deposits by 3:55pm on Friday, February 9.
RDC history will not be available within the RDC system after this maintenance is complete. Please print and/or save any history you may need before 3:55pm on February 9. Your history will begin to build anew on Monday, February 12. (Please note after the maintenance is complete, you can reference your transactions within Business Link Plus or your past statements for your history.)
It is important to note after this maintenance is complete, we will not be able to make changes to deposits once they are submitted. This will apply to all deposits going forward. In addition, deposit statuses will be updated to appear as follows:
- Pending Review – Your deposit has been submitted.
- Under Review – Your deposit has been delivered.
- Submitted – Your deposit has been approved by South State.
All RDC users will need to download a software update once this maintenance is complete to avoid any interruption in service. To download the update, please click here.
New Business Link Plus URL
With this maintenance, we will be updating the Business Link Plus URL. If you have bookmarked the URL or added it as a favorite in your internet browser, please remember to bookmark or “favorite” the new URL after system maintenance is complete at the end of the weekend.
As a reminder, please remember to complete Positive Pay decisions by 10am each business day, or items will be returned or paid per your setup preferences.
