Alan Rabun

Alan Rabun, a native and current resident of Georgia, has been dedicated to the finance industry since beginning his career in 2010. As the leader of the Rabun Lending Team, Alan specializes in helping clients navigate a variety of loan options, including VA, Conventional, FHA, Physician, and Construction loans. Under his guidance, the team lives up to their tagline, "Augusta's Local Lender," by offering personalized service tailored to the unique needs of the local community.

Alan's expertise and dedication have earned him notable recognition in the industry. He was awarded "Best Loan Officer" at the Home Builders Association of Greater Aiken-Augusta Region Stellar Awards in 2024 and "Best Mortgage Loan Officer" at the Sales & Marketing Council Stellar Awards in 2023.

Alan is deeply committed to community involvement. He is an active member of the Columbia County Rotary Club and the Home Builders Association of Greater Aiken-Augusta Region. He also serves on the board of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Augusta Home Builders Association. A graduate of the Columbia County Chamber's Leadership Columbia County Class of 2024, Alan brings leadership and expertise to every aspect of his work.

Outside of the office, Alan and his family are members of Warren Baptist Church. In his free time, Alan enjoys golfing, fishing, cheering for his favorite Georgia team, and traveling with his family to the scenic mountains of North Carolina.
