Unless otherwise noted, “PRIME RATE” shall mean and refer to the interest rate announced or published by the Bank as its prime rate; as such rate may be changed from time to time. Any change in such rate shall be effective as of the opening of business on the day on which such change becomes effective. The Prime Rate will not necessarily be the lowest interest rate charged by the Bank.
