Andrew Leech

Andrew Leech is a First Vice President and Small Business Banker for the Volusia/Brevard markets. He is responsible for small business and consumer lending in these areas. Andrew also specializes in providing excellent client experience, focusing on growing and cultivating meaningful relationships with businesses and consumers in his communities. Prior to joining SouthState, he spent twenty-nine years serving his clients in various banking roles, including part-time teller, teller, financial sales representative, licensed insurance agent, assistant branch manager, branch manager, senior market manager, and retail banking administrator. Each of these positions taught Andrew valuable lessons and provided him with extensive experience during his banking career. He has achieved numerous certifications and licenses along this journey. Andrew is passionate about teaching leadership, growing his community through personal interactions, and sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He is actively involved in the community through several non-profit organizations, his church, and numerous charities. Andrew resides in Port Orange, Florida. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer, enjoys watching his son play baseball, exercises, plays or watches sports, and volunteers in the community.
