Samantha Kelly

Samantha is a Small Business Banker with SouthState serving the Charleston area. She brings more than a decade of banking experience, including commercial lending, small business banking, relationship management, and leadership. She is a 2026 graduate of the South Carolina Bankers School and was recognized as a member of the 2026 Bank Exec Best Managed Bank team.
