About Darius Chase
Darius Chase is a Relationship Manager with SouthState Bank since 2017, where he is responsible for Commercial and Not-for-Profit Banking relationships. He earned his degree in Finance from UNC Charlotte and has spent more than two decades serving clients and delivering tailored financial solutions to businesses and community organizations throughout the region.
He serves in several leadership and advocacy roles, including Board Member and Treasurer of Nourish Up, Board Member of ZABS Place, and Executive Leadership Committee member for the American Cancer Society’s Taste of Hope Gala. He is also an Advocacy Committee member with Habitat for Humanity Charlotte Region and serves on the Alumni Council for UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business.
He also serves as a Banking Regulator appointee to North Carolina State Boards and Commissions, appointed by Governor Roy Cooper and Attorney General Josh Stein.
