Justin Schafer, JD.

Justin brings more than 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, including extensive experience with two of the nation’s leading healthcare lenders. His background spans private banking, commercial lending, commercial real estate, and specialized healthcare practice finance.

Throughout his career, Justin has worked closely with healthcare professionals and business owners on a wide range of financing needs. His experience in the practice lending space includes practice startups, acquisitions, partner buy-ins and buy-outs, refinances, expansions and owner-occupied commercial real estate. This experience has given him a unique understanding of both the business and personal financial needs that clients encounter throughout different stages of their careers.

Justin attended The College of Wooster and earned his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law.
