Michelle Adams, CWS®

Michelle Adams is a Senior Vice President and Premier Private Banker for SouthState Bank in South Florida. She joined the company in 2005 and has more than 25 years of experience in retail and commercial banking and lending.

In her current role, Michelle partners with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to develop customized financial solutions aligned with their goals and priorities. With a client-focused approach and a strong commitment to fiduciary responsibility, she provides thoughtful guidance, exceptional service, and access to specialized resources to help clients navigate complex financial decisions. Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and collaborative style, Michelle helps clients preserve, grow, and manage their wealth with confidence while building lasting relationships.

Beyond her client responsibilities, Michelle serves as SouthState’s Community Development Advocate for Palm Beach County, focusing on Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives and facilitating financial literacy programs throughout the community.

A dedicated community leader, Michelle serves as a Board Member of the Golden Bell Education Foundation and as a Commissioner for the Boca Raton Housing Authority. She is also the Chair of a leads group at the Boca Raton Regional Chamber of Commerce and has been a longtime member of the Junior League of Boca Raton. Over the past 15 years, she has actively supported numerous charitable organizations and initiatives focused on children and families, education, housing, and community development. Michelle and her husband, David, reside in Boca Raton, Florida, with their daughter and son. Outside of work, she enjoys family vacations, traveling, running, and volunteering in her community.
