About Naisha P. Perez, CTFA®
Naisha is an Assistant Vice President and Wealth Administrator for SouthState Wealth, based in Spartanburg. She brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her work with high-net-worth individuals and families. She is responsible for trust administration, estate settlement and fiduciary services.
Working closely with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and accountants, Naisha helps navigate complex financial and estate matters with skill, thoughtfulness, and care. Naisha is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute and holds a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation (CTFA®).
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Naisha serves as Treasurer of the Spartanburg Estate Planning Council, where she supports professional collaboration and continuing education within the estate planning community
