SouthState Expands Charlotte Mortgage Team and Opens New Mortgage Office

CHARLOTTE, NC – August 27, 2024 – SouthState Bank today announced the expansion of its mortgage lending presence in North Carolina, with the opening of a new Charlotte office located at 1435 West Morehead Street, Suite 130.
“SouthState’s goal is to support the greater Charlotte community with solutions that help residents become homeowners,” says Brent Harrell, mortgage division co-president. “In order to meet that goal, we’ve opened a new mortgage office and expanded our local lending team with some of the top lenders in the area.
