Jobs Partnership’s name sounds simple – partner with local organizations to connect job seekers to gainful employment. The results of its mission, however, can be truly life-changing for individuals looking to better themselves and their families.
SouthState’s Orlando bankers consider themselves fortunate enough to have mentored many graduates from Jobs Partnership. Orlando Regional President Josh McCoy and his team have not only served as mentors, but they’ve also connected graduates with other local businesses in the region to further their job search. “We’ve seen firsthand how this program makes a difference,” McCoy adds.
