The converge Hosted Payment Page is a great option for businesses that need to accept payments on a new or existing website. This Hosted Payment Page helps you protect your customers' payment information by taking them to a secure checkout page within converge's well-protected servers. This reduces the scope of PCI DSS compliance, while maintaining the look and feel of your website to provide a seamless customer checkout experience.To customize your Hosted Payment Page, go to Settings and click Hosted Payments. Next to Payment Page, click Setup. Use the section on the right to customize your Payment Page. A preview of your changes displays on the left.
You can select what the Payment Page shows and the order summary, as well as select which payment methods your customers can use. You can also select which billing and shipping address fields display on the Payment Page for customers to enter their information. Click the upload icon to add your company's logo to the page.
For the theme, you can select one of the color schemes built into converge or select Custom to enter the hex color codes for your brand. If needed, Google is a great resource for locating hex color codes.
You can change the text on the button to whatever you want your customers to see. You can enter and format Header Text that displays above the order section and Footer Text that displays below the button to provide helpful information or a thank you to your customers.
You can change the text of the link the customers click to cancel the payment before checking out. Enter the URL for the page you want the link to redirect to. You can also select Enable CAPTCHA to have your customers prove they're human, which protects your website against bots. To see a full page preview, click Preview Payment Page. When you're finished, click Save.
Click the Response Page tab to customize the approval and decline payment confirmation pages or redirect customers back to your website with Redirect URL. For the Approval Page, you can select what the Response Page shows for the confirmation, order summary, and billing and shipping addresses.
You can change the text on the button to whatever you want your customers to see. Enter the URL for the page you want the button to redirect to. You can enter and format Header Text that displays above the order section and Footer Text that displays below the button to provide helpful information or a thank you to your customers.
For the Decline Page, you can add a custom message to the declined notification, change the text on the button, and enter the URL for the page you want the button to redirect to if the customer doesn't choose to try again. If you want to display your own payment results instead of the hosted approval and decline pages, click Redirect URL and enter the URL for converge to send the response to. When you're finished, click Save.
